The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to determine the terms and conditions regarding the use of information and data shared with Ranaliz Software and Electronics Industry Trade Limited Company ("Company") by persons ("User(s)") who register as members to the site ("Site") located at www.ranaliz.com while benefiting from the Platform on the Site. The Privacy Policy is an annex and integral part of the User Agreement entered into with the User.

Content Ownership

Content uploaded to the Site by the User belongs to the User. The Company will not disclose or sell this Content without the User's prior consent.

Privacy Commitment

The Company will not disclose the Content transmitted to it electronically through the Site to third parties outside the purposes and scope determined by the User Agreement made with Users. In this context, the Company undertakes to keep the Content strictly confidential, to treat this as a confidentiality obligation, and to take all necessary measures and exercise due diligence to ensure and maintain confidentiality, and to prevent all or any part of the confidential information from entering the public domain or unauthorized use or disclosure to a third party.

Use of Personal Information

Personal information may be used to contact the User or to improve the User's experience on the Site (such as maintenance and support for services, improvement of existing services, creation of new services, and provision of personalized services), as well as to create databases, maintain memberships, and perform other activities necessary for the Company to provide its services to the User, and may be processed, stored, and transferred to third parties for these purposes.

Statistical Evaluations

The Company may anonymize the usage and transaction information made by the User on the Site; store, process, and transmit to business partners for statistical evaluations, performance evaluations, marketing campaigns of the Company and its business partners, donation campaigns, annual reports and similar reports, for the period required to achieve these purposes.

Surveys and Marketing

Information requested from Users who respond to periodic or non-periodic surveys that may be conducted on the Site and consent to the processing of their personal information may be used by the Company to conduct direct marketing to these persons, perform statistical analysis, and create databases.

Information Sharing

The Company may also share the User's information with third parties if the following conditions exist:

• If disclosure is necessary to fulfill the obligations under the User Agreement,
• If information about users is requested for the purpose of conducting an investigation or inquiry properly conducted by an authorized administrative or judicial institution in accordance with the relevant legislation,
• If it is necessary to provide information to protect the rights or security of Users.

IP Address Usage

To identify and resolve technical problems related to the system, the Company may need to identify and use users' IP addresses when necessary. IP addresses may also be used to identify users in general and to collect comprehensive demographic information.

Data Transfer

The Company has the right to transfer data related to the above-mentioned purposes to servers located anywhere in the world outside the country where the User resides (servers may belong to the Company, its affiliated companies, or subcontractors).

Third Party Links

It is possible to provide links to other sites and applications through the Site, and the Company does not have any responsibility for the privacy practices and content of these sites and applications.

Policy Changes

The Company may change the provisions of this Privacy Policy at any time by publishing them on the Site. The Privacy Policy provisions changed by the Company take effect on the date they are published on the Site.
